At Artico Interiors, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, pristine condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Schedule a Pickup
For small decor, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for oversized furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional freight collection at your convenience.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
